John is a Professional Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of operational and project experience in the resource and energy industry. Previously, John was the Country Manager with Bechtel Canada, responsible for mining and metals projects, President of Bantrel Co., and Director of Operations, SNC-Lavalin Industrial Division.
Christina is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in business improvement and commercial projects for Fortune 500 companies in the mining and automotive sectors. She has diverse experience with Canadian, U.S. and Asia-Pacific projects. Before joining Procon, Christina was Finance Manager at Anglo American plc.
Christian is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years of mining experience at several underground mining operations and projects in Canada, in roles ranging from Project Engineer to Vice‐President of Operations. His previous employers include Agnico Eagle, Hecla, Richmont, IAMGOLD and Machine Roger.
Leanne is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial and heavy construction industries. Her expertise in change management and M&A integration spurs collaborative teams that drive employee engagement and sustainable growth. Previously, Leanne built the H.R. function for a privately held construction business.
John has over 30 years of experience in Canadian mining, VP of Operations for KMC Mining Corporation, President of Westmoreland Coal Company, and was SVP/GM for their SNC Lavalin’s Edmonton Operations. Before joining Procon, John also served as President of Conuma Resources Ltd.
Jon is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional with over 20 years of mining experience. He’s progressed with increasing responsibility at Procon, starting as a Mine Surveyor. Previously, Jon held operational roles at Kinross Gold, Harmony Gold, Cross Lake Minerals and Sandwell Engineering.
Peter is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 20 years of experience in underground and open-pit mining operations. Before Procon, he managed the East Kootenay operations for Imasco Minerals, including open-pit quarries, underground mining, and process plants. Previously, Peter worked at Agrium’s Potash operations and Cominco’s Polaris and Sullivan mines.
Stefan is a Mining Engineer with 20 years of experience in mine development and mill operations, exploration project management, engineering design and feasibility studies. Prior to Procon, Stefan had roles in engineering and operations with Phelps Dodge (Freeport-McMoRan), as well as managing exploration field programs and feasibility studies for a number of publicly traded companies.
Jos is a mining operations professional with over 30 years of experience. He held the Director’s position for ten years with Promec Mining, which Procon acquired in June 2018. Before Promec, Jos worked with Dumas, Dynatec and Aur Resources in several roles, including Director, Mine Superintendent and Mine Captain.
Harold is responsible for overseeing project engineering and estimating work for Procon Canada East. Harold is a professional mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Harold served as Director of Engineering for 10 years at Promec Mining. Prior to joining Promec, Harold worked with Dumas as Director of Engineering in Quebec and 10 years for Agnico Eagle Mines.
Daniel has worked in mines throughout Quebec and Ontario for 24 years mainly as a raise and shaft sinking miner for different mining contractors. He then held various supervisory positions for Cambior, Agnico-Eagle and to finish after 9 years at Iamgold as Shaft Project Superintendent and Mining Superintendent.
Kevin holds a Business Administration degree and certifications as a Heavy Duty Mechanic and in Mining and Material Processing. He has over 25 years of mining experience at KGHM International, Quadra FNX, and Dynatec Corporation. Kevin brings a strong safety work ethic with commercial expertise and hands-on, heavy-duty equipment experience.
Jesse is a Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in mining and tunnelling. His expertise is in remote camp projects and mine sites in northern Canada. Before Procon, Jesse held operation, project, and technical positions at Agnico Eagle, De Beers Canada, Teck Resources, and the Site C Dam Tunneling Project.
