The Fenelon Project began with the dewatering of an existing pit, rehabilitation of the existing portal and ramp and decline development to access five additional levels. Procon then carried out the vertical development, lateral development and longhole mining for a 35,000-tonne bulk sample. Procon has since supported the Fenelon project during the Care and Maintenance phase and will carry out an underground development program. This work is managed and supported by our team in Val-d’Or.
